We had a fantastic stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, easy and fast check in, and the rooms were super clean and stocked up with lots of extras you also can’t beat the convenience of this location, right near all the big things to do in toronto. my only bad experience would be the breakfast buffet, for $28 i expected some better quality food with more offerings. next time i would definitely skip the buffet but other than that i would 100% come back to this hotel.

Driving an EV was a nighmare. The staff that we spoke to (all 6 individuals) each gave different information about how to charge, what they can do to assist with charging, and the rules around their process. Nobody had a clue. Considering we drove 190 miles to stay there, and the car was at 12% battery when we arrived, this was absurdly bad service. The only saving grace was a single security gentleman who at 1 am was willing to walk to the garage and check the physical status of the charger. Lo and behold, there wasn't even a car in the charging spot, and the charger was available. I can only imagine how long it was sitting like that before someone took the time to actually look.

The curtains didn’t close all the way leaving a weird unclose-able gap. That happens a lot in hotels. I usually bring a bull clip for that. That’ll teach me to forget. Shower was amazing!! Love the smell of the shampoo and esp the body lotion. Marriott pillows are THE BEST! I actually bought two for my home when they had a sale. Love them!!!
