The hotel never mentioned anything about Parking, we didn't park there in any capacity, I tried to tell the host that, but she insisted we did, I asked her then where is my car and showed her receipts for Lyft,... she said oh, you no park here?, I said right now waiting outside is our driver, what part of this do you not understand? The room service is a clown show at best, the app does not work you have to call to order, 1/2 the time you meet in the lobby, the true meaning of room service, we switched rooms because the smell was so musty it was disgusting, the next room was better, torn, ripped drapes that did not cover the entire window, TV was the size of a computer monitor, bedding was dirty and stained, the alarm clock was 4 hours ahead, this is not a hotel this is a hostel or a motel at best,... although some of the staff was polite and courteous, most of the staff was not, obviously we will NEVER stay here again, it is better to spend more money and stay somewhere you are getting value for you money...

Room was very 'basic', furniture did not match, multiple outlets did not work - couldn't turn on lamp on desk and then the box attached to the end table didn't work. For the price of the room I was expecting more. Curtains were hanging off in the middle - had to take a hanger to use the clips to close curtains. Housekeeper in the morning was very friendly and welcoming. Front desk attendants at check-in and check-out were both friendly and helpful. For the price, I will not be returning.

Stayed for a week , was good , staff was friendly , simple check in/out . The bar has a damn good cheeseburger as well .must have eaten 10 of them. Watched the jay games there with other workers from out of town. Was an enjoyable stay my only issue was the last room i rented had the worst bed ever .
