Nice pools. Very clean. Excellent staff. Only minor complaint: Blackout curtains did not cover entire window so it was VERY bright in the morning. We always stay here when visiting Toronto.

Not even 2 minutes after checking in our toilet overflowed and i called and called down to the front desk with no answer. ONLne female worker was on her cell phone and another worker was checking in guests. House keeping was awesome. But when i told the staff the next day the carpet was soaked he said "itll dry"... thats toilet water, sir. There was brown water damage to the ceiling and the beds had black lint down where your feet are under the covers and we even found an old sock at the end! Dont go here!

I stayed at the hotel just for one night, spent most of the time at a concert, but it was overall very pleasant. The beds were cozy and I slept well, plus I loved that the pool wasn’t busy and had the coolest glass ceiling! In general there wasn’t much outstanding about the hotel rooms or staff, but all of it was enjoyable, comfortable, and affordable. I would visit again.
