The room allocated to us was excellent; we had requested a wheelchair accessible room and were given a spacious room with an accessible bathroom which met all our needs. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff there were very helpful and obliging. The only problem we encountered was in the indoor pool area. There were notices displayed saying that we had to take a shower before entering the pool. I went to the ladies change room and took a shower, however on my way out to the pool, the flooring in the change room was so slippery that my feet went out from under me and I fell, landing on my left arm. This fall resulted in extensive bruising and my arm was painful for several days. I intended to report this dangerous situation to the front desk before we left the hotel, but did not have time, as we had a plane to catch and our cab driver was waiting for us. (There is no need to include this incident in the review but I would appreciate it if you could report it to the hotel staff so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly and was a good stay. I didn’t like how when we were getting ready to check out, housekeeping unlocked our door and came into our room while we were still packing up and it was only11:30 with checkout at 12:00.

I’ve stayed at this property over 12 years ago and it’s safe to say it hasn’t upgraded or downgraded. It’s just an overall good place to stay when you’re on the outskirts of Toronto downtown.

Hotel room was clean . Beds were ok . That’s my main concern . Paid parking is easy . Only negative is that there’s no resturaunts around . Only a Tim Hortons within walking distance . I would stay there again .
