The room was awful. Rm 255. Broken door locks. Mold and dirt where cleaning hadnt been done for a long time. Water damaged ceilings. Old ugly furniture and a tiny crappy Tv. Patio locks non-existent. Loud music in the parking lot at 5am. Halls are terribly sad and dirty with terrible paint.

Room was clean, beds a little firm. I called front desk to see if room service was available- they transferred me to the kitchen where i waited on hold for ten whole minutes before someone picked up just to tell me they weren’t currently offering room service. We were just looking to get a quick bite before leaving for an event so we ended up not being able to eat before leaving. Good for short term stays- you get what you pay for.

I've stayed here before. It is my inexpensive got to when I have to be in the city. The bearded gent in reception was wonderful and welcoming. I have the buffet breakfast in the morning which was plentiful enough and reasonably priced. I will stay again next time I'm down.

I was assigned room 356 upon my check in and when Iattended my room to my surprised I walked in on a woman in bed that was already assigned this room. I attended the front desk and complained to the staff. I was assigned a new room however no apology or compensation was offered for the unacceptable error. There was a manager present however he offered no compensation after being informed by the staff of the dituation. Unbelievable poor customer service

Staff were exceptionally nice at check in and to our kids attending as part of a hockey tournament ( giving them access to space to hang out). Heated tiles in the bathrooms were neat Hotel was a little outdated and beds were small. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel felt neglected. The room itself was fine but the bathroom had black grout on at least a quarter of the tiles and generally looked old and worn. The hallways were dingy and the restaurant was one step up from a cafeteria. Poorly appointed, not enough staff and basic food options. Given the price, I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons but was expecting something more well kept. At 6:30am, someone in an outside coat and bag entered our room with a key and then hastily retreated when we yelled out. It did not appear to be staff so we were puzzled as to how this happened. We will not return nor would we recommend.
