Well its a 3 star property and its not expensive, but the facility is OK and clean. Room TV really sucks though - Guide channel is not correct, so no channel guide and no way to know what channel is carrying what? Front desk was sending more room coffee and it never showed up. Its just an ok low cost hotel.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Toronto and overall it's a pretty great hotel. The only complaint I have it the pillows on the beds, they are horrible. Please get regular sized soft pillows. The ones they have are small and hard and lumpy. Otherwise it's a pretty good hotel.

Check in staff was super friendly and quick to get me to my room. Rooms are a bit dated, but bed and pillows were comfy. The toilettries they provided were awesome. Vanilla is always a winner!

Room was dated but very clean, staff was pleasant and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant, food was tasty and service was good. Lovely gift shop on site with a very good selection of items. Hotel was convenient to our appointment site in North York,. the Michael Garron Hospital.
