Hotel reception was particularly courteous however I requested an additional blanket and it took over an hour to arrive Surprised that there was no water given in the rooms. First hotel this has happened at Rooms were clean but carpet throughout the hotel was grubby I pay a similar amount at another hotel as we travel to Toronto ever second week and prefer to stay over. Your hotel is closer to our destination so we decided to try Not sure if we would recommend or return

Hotel is on the dated side but perfectly fine. For the price it's actually a really good deal. I have to admit that when I saw how reasonable the price was as compared to other Toronto properties I was leery about booking it. We will book it again for medical appointments in the city....heated bathroom floors were a nice touch

Breakfast had good choices but bacon was so hard to chew, also sausage skin tough as though both were cooked long before and just warmed that day. Service great. Breakfast was not FREE. Room clean, staff very nice and helpful.
