Very old hotel — everything feels like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The showers, bedding, and overall condition are all extremely outdated, and the place lacks professionalism. Parking is limited, and the facilities feel like something from 30 years ago. There are many much better hotels available for the same price or just a few dollars more. Definitely not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel because it is located close to the downtown core. The photo of the Deluxe Room- two queen beds that is shown on Expedia is a false representation of what the room actually looks like. The room is clean and well-stocked; however, it is dated. The housekeeping staff are very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before and it is always a great spot if you need to be on the east end of the city. Very easy to Uber anywhere from there in the evenings to good restaurants and distillery District or something downtown. Definitely will come back again.

First the property looks nothing like online. It’s old and dirty. I had a spring poke through my back. Hair balls and grime. I felt unsafe to take a shower. I am so disappointed after spending almost $900 to stay there. No one on the front desk spoke to us., no mention of the restaurant. I do not recommend AT ALL!!!

The check in experience was smooth and quick but the room was not clean and in obvious need of refurbishment. The indoor pool was likewise in need of some attention and the balcony, while a nice gesture given the valley surroundings was not in great shape and showed visible neglect. The hotel serves a purpose and is in a location close to major roads but ultimately falls short, particularly given the cost.
