From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Pravi, whose outstanding service truly set the tone for our stay. Pravi went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of — a true example of hospitality at its best. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. The rest of the staff were equally attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or breakfast service, we felt genuinely appreciated and looked after throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. Perfectly situated in downtown Toronto, we were within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and transit options. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped — ideal for both short and extended stays. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-stocked kitchenette. Without a doubt, we would return again and highly recommend the Residence Inn Downtown Toronto to anyone looking for a welcoming, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in the heart of the city. Great Stay!!! We had adjoining rooms as it was our annual family trip to see a Blue jays game. This was our first time staying at the Residence Inn Marriott and it didn’t disappoint. Guaranteed return stay at this property. We enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast during our stay. Would highly recommend this Marriott!
