The check in process was totally disorganized and took over 35 minutes waiting in a line while 3 people served the customers and 4 supervisors watched. The bathtub in our room had peeling paint on the tub with large pieces coming off in the shower water. For over $400 it was a real surprise and disappointment after our first stay. No way for Novotel again although we love the location.

Absolutely amazing stay. They even upgraded my room. The staff is very friendly and polite. I stayed for 5 days and will come back again. The restaurant staff was so nice.Adam was one of the best f&b I have ever seen. He should be promoted. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.
