Clean and comfortable accommodation

We were a bit nervous staying in a hotel that was outside of the downtown core, but overall this hotel was great value and its location did not end up being an inconvenience. The room was clean and modern, as was the restaurant. The only issues we had were staff related. There were huge lineups both at check in and check out. Also, it took FOREVER to get service at breakfast. They ran out of clean plates, as well as food at the buffet, leaving a lot of customers angry.

This hotel was a very good deal, and within walking distance of the Toronto subway.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel, while a ways from the downtown area, was easily accessible, and was by far the best room rate for anything not located in the vicinity of the Toronto airport. We were very pleased with both the quality of the room and the Trio restaurant.

Acceptable business hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Usually fine, last visit they had issues with the hot water and the entire hotel was without hot water between 7 and 8 am for one morning. Cold shower was not pleasant since I could not wait for the required 30 - 45 minutes. Hopefully this was an unusual situation. I will go back since it is the only decent hotel close to my business in North York.

Comfortable with access to transit/ restaurants

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: bed uncomfortable
Found it comfortable, but actual bed a bit uncomfortable. loved the access to transit and movie theaters. Often find entertainment in the North York Square below.

The hotel was at a convenient location near subway, restaurants, and shops

The front desk staff did their job, was courteous, but not everyone was warm and welcoming. Would have appreciated more info on their website on how to get to the hotel by bus/subway from the airport.

The hotel offered the complete deal.

The Novetel delivered on all things promised and expected. e.cleanliness, price, location, ease of ability to travel throughout the city either via car or train. The folks were pleasant, the price affordable and all that adds up to one pleasant experience. Thank you
