Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Told immediatly to the reception. They say “we’ll send someone”. The night passes, we leave to work and then we came back tonthe hotel in the afternoon. The fans still not work, the room is not done at all and is smelling fool, a lot of umidity. I went downstairs and the receptionist told me he told the guy to fix the fan, I explain the room condition and that I want another room. The man don’t ageed and say “you can run the A/C”, I insist and finally they gave me another room which finally was with garbage behind the bed… On top he told me to bring back the old room key, once moved I had to come down again to gave him the keys, like I was his clerk. In all this process not any single sorry or smile. It was orrible and overpriced and they made me feel like it was my fault if their things were not working and dirty.

It was close to the airport. The room was fresh and clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast variety was good and airport shuttle is a bonus. Would stay here again.

Very clean room, excellent staff, air conditioner didnt seem like it was the tempature displayed but was fine. Decent small choice breakfast. Close to lots of great food. Helpful when extending stay. Its super intimidating to go there at night if you dont know toronto, but it's definitely in a safe area. My room door was very loose when closed and locked. Comfort Inns website says they don't offer hospital rates if your a caregiver for family member, but it's still decently priced even without discount.

I called for a shuttle and it came right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room wasn't super clean but good enough. There are not restaurants or shopping within walking distance.
