One of the the best Hotel Experience that I have ever had

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, great view, friendly staff, great location, view over toronto island
I have stayed in this property with my girlfriend. The room was fabulous and had a great view over Toronto Island. The vicinity of teh hotel is all myst sees of Toronto and you face Toronto tower and Rogers Centre from your window. We had a special treat from the hotel staff and shift team and we are looking forward to be back in this property.

We appreciate the feedback you have given about your recent stay with us. We are disappointed to read about the noise you experienced during your stay but happy to read about the cleanliness of the room. We hope that this will not deter you from choosing to stay with us again in the near future as we would love the opportunity to welcome you back again soon.

Pros: Front-desk personnel
Cons: Given that phones, computers, etc. are now routine, electrical outlets could have been more abundant and accessible; Wi-Fi should be free
Location: Too many great attractions to see (do NOT waste time going to Gretzky's – staff were off-putting; food was very mediocre and WAY overpriced).
Mike - staff at check-in desk was tremendously helpful.

This hotel was in the perfect location to all of the tourist attractions. Literally next door to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. A quick walk to the water to grab a drink or go sailing. The room was reasonably priced and we obtained a room overlooking the lake!

Seriously dated

I stayed at the intercontinental on Front St. last week in a room on the 5th floor and was surprised to find a grungy and dated room and bathroom given the reviews I read on the internet. The location was very good but the room was scary. This hotel is in dire need of a facelift. I've heard decent comments about rooms on the upper floors.

Lovely hotel~

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, lovely views
I always stay at Intercontinental hotels because of their cleanliness, comfort and convenience. This was a great hotel...lovely and friendly as well. Just in the center of Toronto - right next to CN Tower. Fantastic breakfasts at Azure :) To top it off, a free newspaper during your stay :)

This hotel had class, but not a large hotel feel. Everthing was great!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great sized rooms, well maintained pool/workout area
My family and I utilized the Intercontinental Toronto Center for short family vaction after a hockey tournament. It was centrally located in downtown Toronto, within walking distance of the CN Tower, the Hockey HOF, and the Train Station. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was quick. We went to our room and were surprised at the size. There was more than enough room for our family. Our kids were amazed at the view, even though we were facing downtown. The second night at the Intercontinental, we ate at the in-house restaurant. Our waiter was outstanding. He catered to our kids needs, more than was expected. The food was outstanding, with everyone sampling each other's entrees. The price was moderate to high, but the atmosphere, food, and service was well worth the price. The pool was well maintained, as was the exercise area. We will definately stay here again and I have already recommended the Intercontinental to several people! Keep up the great work!
