Great deal!

Clean room, staff was great (sent us a fridge to keep the baby food fresh, restaurant staff was super friendly). Could not have been a better stay for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry that the pool was down for maintenance during your stay. We are currently upgrading various areas of the hotel including the outside. We do hope that you will give us another chance to redeem ourselves.

check in and wifi left something to be desired

Pros: the pool was nice
Cons: check in if booked make sure rooms are ready for checkin time and monitor the wifi accessibility
checkin time was at 3 pm we arrived at 330 to be told there would still be a wait cause of people still checking out and no rooms were ready just yet Front desk staff had laryngitis and couldn't speak then had no idea how to charge a deposit for the room on debit card wifi was so slow you couldn't watch more then 10 seconds of any thing on youtube without it buffering cable selection was the worst cable I have seen at any hotel or motel I have stayed at

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the disappointing service you received from our staff. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receive our best “Yes I Can!” service. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.

We should get refund for the entire hotel fee

We did not stay in the hotel at December 29, 2010. We check out Wednesday December 29, 2010 at 8 am. We have to leave the hotel because they change the room for us 3 times and every time there is a different problem first room had no heat, second room has a bad mattress, and the third room the light in the right side of the bed and in the door was not working. Before I make my travel arrangement I called the hotel and I ask if they have a shuttle they said they have a shuttle will take us within a 10 KM from the hotel When we went there the person how made the check in said it will not work in the week end When we ask on Monday they said the shuttle will work after the New Year. That is why we have to find a different place in Wednesday We should get refund for the entire hotel fee

Great Suburb of Toronto Hotel

This is a great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was very nice. Even though this hotel is in the suburbs about 30 minutes away from Downtown Toronto in an industrial area, it wasn't noisy at all. I will stay here again.

Great place to stay

I had a wonderful time in San Francisco, to which most of the credit goes to the Mosser. It's location in the very center of downtown San Fran, right off Market Street, made it a convenient place to find and return to periodically throughout a day of sightseeing to either drop off baggage or ask for directions. They are a bit short staffed, but if you value quality over quantity, the staff were very considerate and helpful. I stayed in a room with shared bathrooms, and while I'm not sure how it works, I never had to wait and the showers always looked freshly cleaned. There are some issues with the key cards, but my safety or the secuity of my luggage was never compromised and a little bit of patience and good humor will make those factors seem irrelvent. The noise factor was hardly a consideration for me (though I do come from NYC ^^) and largly depends on which part of the hotel you were staying in. Upper stories seem to be quieter. All in all, I am very happy to recommend the Mosser for travelers single or otherwise who will spend most of their time exploring this wonderful city, and would like a cozy retreat to relax in at the end of the day.

Dirty Hotel , uncaring staff. A/C does not work.

Room and hallway carpets were stained and smelled terrible. A/C did not work. Was told that the hotel is on a central a/c system, even though every room has it's own thermostat. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Reserved and paid for king room, got 2 queen beds. Was told since I booked on-line, the room choice could not be guaranteed. I was guaranteed A room-not the roomed I booked and paid for. Staff courteous, but did not care about fixing any of the problems brought to their attention. Breakfast staff avoided eye contact with customers, so the service was terrible. Food was very greasy. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. This hotel needs a big makeover to live up to the Radisson brand. Very telling was at checkout, I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay. This is the first time ever staying at a hotel or motel that I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay. The only positive comments are the ice machine is great and so are the beds. Book anywhere else but here.
