Mediocre room, amazing staff

Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was clean. Smaller than we thought though. Bed not the most comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good.

Pro: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was modern and a good size too! Cons: The breakfast is by far the worst I’ve ever come across at any hotel in my life. They also only have paper plates and wooden cutlery - is this a youth hostel or a Hilton hotel? The water pressure in the room is very bad, and the pillows were too soft and quite uncomfortable to sleep with. The location is also quite out the way. It was a 45 minute walk from the hotel to CN tower. Overall it wasn’t a “bad” stay as such, but I would choose somewhere else next time.
