Staff was very friendly and upon check-in took the time to review all amenities and offer assistance. Visited the 6th floor bar, beautiful spot for lunch. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

With exception to the fact that they charged me for not only the night I could no longer stay, but also a $30 fee for not staying there the stay was great. It's a W hotel and all that I expect from a W Hotel.

The location is amazing, tons to see, eat and shop! The hotel was quiet, not over crowded, and private. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful! Definitely will be recommending this place to our friends and family. The subway is right there!
