Great location. Literally around the corner from Union Station. The hotel was very cute and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room is on the small side. And it was very dusty, but we complained and they cleaned it right up. Overall I would recommend

Liked the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and the lobby and lounge vibe. Didn’t like how loud the room air conditioner was and how heavy the entry door to the room was.

Renovated hotel with retro style. The rooms are small but perfect for a couple. Garbage truck woke us up in the middle of the night. We can hear hear the elevator from coming up and down and the people talking through the wall.

Had an excellent stay at The Union. Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again for future trips, especially if you are going to an event at the Scotiabank or Roger’s centre (17 minute walk) There wasn’t a lot of street noise. Stayed and a room with 2 double beds and there was still plenty of room for two people to move around and get ready. Would recommend.

Confusion regarding lighting, shower controls, and coffee; very small vanity, room needed vacuuming under bed, behind doors and in closet. The bed was very comfortable, lobby has great ambiance and the breakfast cafe is amazing!!!

Front desk staff were ok. Perhaps the managers need to have conversations away from the front desk rather than in front of guests! Room was small but adequate and clean. Rain shower was clean and worked well. Water was hot and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable and sheets were good too. Lift was fine and did not have to wait too long. Bar staff very friendly and prices ok. Did not the food but coffee tasted ok. Checkout was quick and simple. Room was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Blackout blinds were surprisingly ok. Would stay again.

If you are in town for show or a baseball game, this hotel is great location to both Union Station and the Rogers Centre. The room was clean and perfect for what I needed for the weekend.

It’s very convenient especially if you’re staying to use the train station. It’s literally 2 minutes away from the station. The only thing that bothered us was the walk from station to the hotel was filled with homeless and drunk people at night. It’s a clean hotel, modern furniture, the front desk was really nice. They don’t offer free water or coffee

This place is totally different than any place i have ever stayed in Canada.it reminded us of places we have stayed in Europe. Our room had an old railway vibe but was modern and fun. I even loved our key sleeve.
