We rented two rooms for one night. Ine of the rooms had no working fan/heater/ac unit. We called down to the front desk many times and were told someone would come up in 10 minutes but no one showed up. Given the safety aspect, you cannot open windows either so it became excessively hot with humid and stagnant air.
