Location,Location, Location!!!! Staff were awesome. Friendly, nice, helpful and very accommodating. We loved everything. Only real issue was the breakfast. Although it was plentiful the quality was not good. Honestly suprised and alittle disappointed. Reminded me of cafeteria food.

Le divan lit chambre 1907 est défectueux incapable de le refermer et nous avons dû mettre le matelas sur le plancher. Même lorsqu’il était ouvert la barre d’en avant du divan nous rentrait dans le dos lorsque couché. Il y a les deux prise de lumière du lit qu’ils sont du lousse. Difficile de garder un appareil électrique branché. Le reste est ok Est-ce possible d’avoir un dédommagement pour le divan lit. Merci

I stopped by the front desk twice to correct an inaccurate charges on my invoice but that was never corrected even by the time I checked out. Very disappointing. It’s difficult sometimes to have someone to answer the phone at the front desk. I often had to personally go down and ask the Valet parking staff to get my car. Though, the valet parking staff were excellent.

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The room was comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was wonderful. It is busy though.
