The pool and hot tub were pretty great. Workout room was alright - small but certainly got the job done. Breakfast was amazing, one of the better buffets included with hotel stays that I've experienced. Staff were always friendly and engaging. The room was magnificent. The HVAC in the room left something to be desired, but it did the job. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I'm in Toronto in the future!

Service was bad, especially the buffet of breakfast. Food was cold. There was no control in there very bad coordination they talk about they got a pool on the second floor, but it’s full of chlorine for people. Don’t use it very bad.

Fantastic stay all the way around! Room was large and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was incredible - we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. Pool was nice. We highly recommend.
