Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the theatre district. The room was clean, spacious and bright, while the bed was very comfortable. The birthday girl was presented with a lovely gift of snacks for the room, along with a birthday card, which was a very nice touch!

The suites are great for families, with lots of room for everybody. The kitchen in our suite was good for making quick meals and the continental breakfast was a proper buffet, not just coffee and bagels. Would definitely come back.

Would most likely not visit this location again. The breakfast is decent and it has little to none vegetarian options. You need to pay even for simple toiletries like for a toothbrush or a toothpaste even after paying like $1000 for 2 nights. Also, they did not accommodate any of our special requests even after informing that we were celebrating a special day.

The only issue we had was the mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs.
