Needs a refresh

The rooms are getting outdated .The room we were in 1212 the dining room chairs were both torn .Should be replaced. The room was clean ,the staff here are great it’s close to the ballpark …it just need an update and definitely replace the ragged furniture .

Excellent hotel in a great location downtown. Was in town watching blue Jays games and this hotel is in an ideal location for that. Lots of restaurants and other activities to do nearby. Only grief is that one of the elevators wasn’t working but all in all enjoyed our stay

Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, great area with lots of dining and activity within walking distance. Transit was fairly easy to navigate and Ubers were reasonably priced when we needed them. The complementary breakfast was good too. Hope to return to Toronto and stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed and the linens were fantastic. Some furniture in our suite needed to be replaced as it was very worn out. Some accoutrements could have been added as body lotion etc. We were in Toronto for a wedding so we didn't have much time to do anything else.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean, and there were good amenities. The only real issue we had was that only 1 of the 3 elevators was working the whole time we were there. In a 22 story building, it made for long waits and very crowded elevators. However, we were compensated in Marriott Bonvoy points for our inconvenience, so they did try to make up for it.
