Great staff and excellent service. Buffet Breakfast was great and lots of options and food was constantly available even though it could get busy at times. Clean room and spacious. Kitchen was useful to prepare snacks. Will definitely recommend for families. Best of all the location is amazing. Steps away from the CN tower, Rogers Center, Ripleys Aquarium and the MTCC.

You all did an amazing job accommodating such a big crowd during last weekend. Thank you and I appreciate everyone of you. My only suggestion is about the size of the breakfast space; if hotel management can work on making it bigger the breakfast lines would be easier!

The breakfast is 30 min wait just to get seated. Front desk told us we would have something special in our room for our honeymoon, it never arrived. Pool was full of noisy teenagers screaming and fighting and horseplay… room was very large but needs to be cleaned and updated. Wouldn’t stay here again…

The staff were extremely good, we got into our two rooms earlier than check in time and greatly appreciated that. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice for all. We loved the pool and facilities. Location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre.
