Pleasantly surprised

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, great staff
Cons: no on site parking
First time stay as many of hotels I would normally have chosen were booked.Great door staff, great reception staff, easy check in and great breakfast staff Suite style room with living area, kitchen, bedroom bathroom-very nicely appointed and clean.Room also had free internet Normally a free breakfast you expect juice, coffee cereal, muffins and coffee. Not here-A full breakfast choice in a serve yourself format with courteous and pleasant attendants. Only drawback was parking which is located down a side street or valet parking at $35 day.Maybe that is a standard in TO-not sure but parking just a short walk aware was much cheaper. It was raining and later in the evening and we were going to a reception so the path of valet parking seemed like the best alternative. With more time we would have opted for the short walk.Drop your bags at the front door and then park and walk. Very impressed for a first stay and on my map for a future return.

Great location, felt like home for a week!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, Free breakfast
I struggled with where to stay, as my first trip to Toronto. Wanted something close to attractions, but not right in the thick of it. I am sure glad I chose this spot! Super close to Rogers Centre and the CN Tower and easy walking distance to other attractions and food options! Great staff and the complimentary breakfast is a REAL breakfast. Nice rooms, love the setup..feels like a little condo. Will be my choice for any future Toronto trips!

Pleasant surprise last minute booking

Location: Walking distance to everything on Front street.
I moved to this hotel because it was 1 block from Convention Centre. Room was huge with king size bed in separate bedroom. Modern clean kitchen, very comfortable living space and nice small dining area. Very quiet at back of building, but no view. I’ll be looking for more of these hotels when I travel next. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choices. Staff was very accommodating as well. Great price for a last minute booking!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite that was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to cn tower and Rodgers center

Hotel room was comfortable, though was only there to sleep, Our toilet had a small issue and would constantly run so we just left the lid off and "manually" adjusted each flush. Not a big deal. It was close to all the bars and restaurants as well. The breakfast buffet, was good but lacked bacon, the chicken sausage was not good. But all of the other selections were a good variety

Great location for Rogers Center events!

Pros: The location!
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9:30, thought it could run a bit longer, especially on the weekends.
This hotel is about 2 blocks away from the Rogers Center, CN Tower and Aquarium. The valet parking offered was rather expensive, but behind the hotel, we found a ramp for about half the cost. I parked my truck and was able to walk the rest of our stay. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and this was a great location for a concert at the Rogers Center. You are literally minutes away. The hotel room also had a full-sized fridge, electric burner stove, cups and plates, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher... great amenities!

Excellent hotel in great location

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! My friend and I were in Toronto for a conference and shared a two bedroom two bath suite with kitchen and living room. It was beautiful and close to everything down town (conference, CN tower, aquarium, etc). Breakfast was included in very reasonable price and was delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got to see the nearby Broadway show "Once" and took a day trip to Niagra Falls, local winery and shops at Niagra on the Lake. Great trip and great hotel!
