Very friendly staff, clean and surprisingly spacious rooms given the location, short walk to Ripleys aquarium and CN tower (even in winter). Breakfast was either good or just ok depending on the day, kitchen was convenient but the hot plate was super slow, many restaurants options close by.

Way too small of a space for breakfast. Lobby is also small for the size of the hotel. It’s basically just a hallway to the elevators. Of which there are only 3 for a 22 story hotel. You also can access stairs from the lobby. So if your room is on a lower floor, and you could easily walk, you’re forced to take the elevators, which are almost always busy and crowded. Great location. But so are the 30 other hotels you could stay at in the area.

Everything was great. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean. I have 2 recommendations. 1. We got here during a snow storm, after it ended I had hoped that the area in front of the hotel where the valet pulled the cars up had been plowed or shoveled. Everytime we got into our cars our shoes and socks got soaked. 2. Room was very spacious but I thought it was odd that the closet to hang clothes was on the other side of the room. It would be great if there were some coat/jacket/outerwear hooks on the wall on the tiled section of the room just after the room door.

Be prepared to wait up to 40 mins to be seated with breakfast, because it’s included in everyone’s booking but they don’t have enough space, the queues are crazy. Pool and hot tub currently closed which was a real disappointment
