The laminate flooring was lifting, in my room #420, ..3 star, heating fan was very loud,. and the mattress was OK but not great. Not enough blankets for a -18C winters day . A complimentary breakfast during a paid stay was $25.00. Paid parking on top of my aid stay is unheard of for a franchise like Holiday Inn, costing another $35.00? The staff was great,.and heated pool enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed, both with the Holiday Inn and Expedia After my flight from Fort Lauderdale to Toronto was canceled to late for me to canceled I contacted Expedia to re-book for the following night. I was told by Expedia that I should have no problem from the Holiday Inn to be credited. Expedia said that they would contact IHG. I still proceeded with IHG but in the morning I basically was given the cold shoulder and was made to feel like I was lying. I can guarantee with the number of cancellations that my room was re-booked for another guest that night. Extremely disappointed with IHG

I had requested a room away from the elevator, but instead, our room was right beside the elevator and we had a terrible night constantly disturbed. In the morning, realized our coffee maker was not working, I went to front desk and ask if we could just have coffee in the restaurant but we were told that we had not paid for that privilege. Very poor customer service
