Overall great hotel to stay at. Unfortunately the breaker kept tripping by using the hair dryer (supplied by hotel). To call the staff up at 9-10 pm the phone was not answered. However once I voiced my issue, the hotel staff was very polite and helpfull. Restaurants were a short walking distance and the shuttle to and from the airport was every 30min

Fire alarm was on at 2:30AM

The hotel was okay. But the fire alarm went on at 2:30AM in the morning. Everyone was forced out. The alarm was cleared later, but I lost the premium time for sleeping and could not get back to sleep for the rest of night. IMO, the hotel could have done a better work in maintaining the facility.

We don’t usually write reviews and we’re quite forgiving of lots of things. We waited a week after our trip to se how we felt but our experience here was so off we decided to review it. The exchanges by phone were wild. It’s the first time ever, in a lot of travelling, that the didn’t seem to be able to connect out Hotels.com info. We had to replay everything to them, even the type of room we booked.
