Over priced and boring!

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, no free breakfast no bar fridge
Hotel was boring, poor amenities, nothing special or fancy. Had a better stay at a Holiday in express in Chatham! Very disappointing and the room was way over priced. Carpet ripped, light bulbs burnt out, mold on the bathroom floor, dusty room, dirt on carpets, chipped paint, writing carved into window pane.

This hotel was okay I guess

We disliked the room and the room size for the money we paid. The bed was totally uncomfortable. I will not pay to stay here especially with the size of the room we stayed in. Horrible!

It was walking distance to everything. Needs to have a spa. More football channels and basketball.

Great location. Comfortable rooms - although the bathroom was very small. I would recommend this to someone visiting Toronto.

Nice hotel and it is a perfect location.

Very friendly staff and perfect location. Alot of eating places nearby and very close to popular places like Eaten Centre (Mall). Also minutes away from Union Station. I give two thumbs up.

smallest hotel room ever

Smallest hotel room ever. Poor lighting in bathroom. I asked to arrive a day early. They charged me extra because they said it was required to upgrade the room to accommodate our extended stay. Rubbish! The hotel was almost empty. We could not imagine the room we were upgraded from. It had to be a closet. Love Toronto. Not much on Hyatt.

Downtown Toronto Hotel

Pros: It was centrally located
Cons: Better tech support.
Location: Centrally located on King st. close to shopping and Rogers Center.
Clean and comfortable but in need of a style refresh. Fixtures that were cheaply installed were falling apart and the wifi did not appear to work in the room that I stayed in,
