I had an issue with the manager. He didn't handle it well at all. I almost decided to find a different hotel. But then I realized that doing that wouldn't inconvenience the hotel at all, but would only inconvenience me.

Very good value. Clean. Safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and smiling. It is getting tired in many ways with decor. Has limited amenities - nothing for kids so wouldn't call it a family oriented hotel but perfect for short stays, work, or an overnight waypoint for budget minded travelers. Location next to shopping and many food choices. Easy access to 407 and 5 minute drive to the Civic Hospital. It is a solid 3 star hotel.
