I was underwhelmed. For over $220 a night +parking, our room carpet had some mystery stains as well as the shower. It was nothing fancy but the breakfast was pretty good

First night arriving was a little tricky locating shuttle and names on shuttle. Raining and dark. Airport could use better lighting around arrival area. Staff at Hotel are great. Friendly and helpful. One thing to note is the internet seemed to be looped through it's American parent as I could not access Canadian content on my Computer...Weird. All in all a very nice Hotel....Thank you

They left our room unlocked after they changed our towels. Really disappointed.

They changed our towels then left our room unlocked (idk what happened but they accidentally broke our door lock and they didn't even notice) which I was really disappointed because they only refunded a portion of our stay and offered us to switch rooms which gave me a bad impression. Good thing so far none of our stuff is missing but will never come back here.
