Very courteous and helpful staff. Everything was clean including the gym. Really great buffet with everything that you could ever imagine wanting for breakfast included. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Overall two thumbs up experience

Malheureusement le personnel à la réception a manqué de bon jugement alors que nous leur avons demandé de changer le nom de la réservation. Ils ont insisté pour que je fasse le changement via hôtel.com et ont même refusé de parler à l’agent alors que j’étais en ligne avec lui, et ce devant eux. L’agent de hôtel.com a dû téléphoner à l’hôtel pour faire le changement. À noter qu’hôtel.com à offert un excellent service contrairement au personnel de la réception du Riu. À part cet événement tout était bien.

Amazing Toronto hotel! The most courteous and attentive staff. The rooms were immaculate. Beds were luxuri ous, towels and bedding pristìne. Breakfast buffet was fsntastic and inclusive to our nights stay. We will definitively return. Oh and location is prime

Honestly I was skeptical of this hotel because of the price for location, but it was wonderful. The staff were kind and accommodating, the room & lobby were very nice and felt like a more luxurious experience. honest rating 9/10, the pillows were a little flat.

Broken toilet and maintenance came to fix kept us up late did offer anything then agreed to move us after my suggestion and tried to give us a downgraded room twice and no apologies the toilet got fixed in the move so we stayed and instead of offering anything like a free breakfast that they charged 34 dollars when she ate with us just didn’t seem to care
