This hotel is five diamond. Excellent excellent excellent customer service and extremely clean. They paid attention to every fine detail when checking in, also checking on me as a guest, as well as checking out. The hotel boasts a professional yet casual atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Toronto or if you’re looking at a place to stay, to spend the night in the city.
