I wanted to switch my reservation to a sister Marriot hotel and it was refused. Consequently I had to pay for a room I did not use. I had confused the locations of the two hotels and needed to be near the Pearson airport for an early flight. Not the way to use a senior citizen.

Property was okay, but our room was outdated with torn/dirty wallpaper and carpets. The hot tub had an odd colour to it and was very chemically. Location was convenient.
