"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Restaurant food was good. Lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. I woukd stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff was incredibly attentive and went puf of their way to accommodate my daughter and I.Sarfaraz Farooqui,the front Desk manager was very helpful and kind. So was Ozan,in the entrance. The staff at Frenchy restaurant in the premises was particularly attentive. Abby,our waiter as well as an older gentleman who unfortunately I can’t spell the name made us both feel so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Hilton Toronto!"

"Lovely hotel exceeded my expectations Staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and they checked us in our hours before we expected. The bed was SO comfortable, bedding and towels were luxurious as well as toiletries provided were excellent quality! "

"The Fairmont Royal York Gold is a first class hotel. We feel very spoiled and pampered when we stay there. I do have two suggestions. Provide a rubber nonskid mat for the shower. Put a grab bar by th3 toilet."
