The spacious garden of more than one hectare is perfectly equipped for festive occasions with a large fountain, an arbor path, various playground equipment, a large open terrace and a covered terrace with table tennis and darts. The homeowner offers various additional services for a fee (catering, shopping service, made beds, business packages or wine tasting in the beautiful wine cellar) to make your vacation all around beautiful. The homeowner can even organize various games on the premises, such as an obstacle course, multi-sport or laser game. Barbecue or gas grill can be rented. Firewood for the campfire place in the garden is for sale. The house owner also offers bicycle rental. The wellness area can be used for a fee. This area consists of a heated outdoor pool with counter-current, waterfall and outdoor shower, and a sauna building with infrared sauna, whirlpool and plunge pool.

This vacation home in Limburg has twelve comfortable bedrooms. Each room with individual box spring beds, flat screen TV , private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a heated mirror. On the first floor in the large living room are enough tables so that all guests can eat together. Also present here are lounge area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Next to the living room is the fully equipped semi-professional kitchen with a large gas stove, oven, microwave, deep fryer, griddle, fast dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a cooking island with heat lamps. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. On the second floor are four double bedrooms, two triple bedrooms and two quadruple bedrooms. One double room is a spacious suite and it is located next to the largest bathroom with a bathtub, shower and two sinks. On the second floor there is also a meeting room, which can also be used as a play area for the children. Various board games and indoor toys are available in the cottage. In the wine cellar there is a table soccer and shuffleboard. In each bathroom is a toilet and there are separate toilets on the first floor and second floor.
