Beautiful Ellison half-duplex on 10th Street in prestigous Key Colony Beach with a brand new pool! This one has it all! Tastefully decorated and updated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom will not dissapoint. Enjoy relaxing on the large, comfortable patio while taking in the tranquil wide canal views! Gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs with umberella, in ground pool overlooking the canal, fish cleaning table, 37.5 ft of deep water dockage, bait freezer, and a quick ride to the open Atlantic or the Open Gulf through Vaca Cut.

The master suite offers a King bed and en suite bath. One guest bedroom offers a King size bed and the other guest bedroom offers a Queen. Both are tastefully decorated in bright, tropical colors. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area to enoy the large Flat screen TV or overlook the dockage and canal. A well-equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining area and offers an eat-in breakfast bar area.

A quick walk to Sunset Park to take-in the breath-taking Florida Keys Sunset, to Cabana Club to play at the private beach and swim club, golf at the Par 3 course two streets over, or hop over to one of the 3 on-island restaurant/bars...this home is centrally located on Key Colony Beach and offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation in a beautifully updated half duplex with deep water dockage!

Wonderful week in Key Colony Beach

The property was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The back patio and deck was lovely and even had some privacy and shade with all the plants (not always the norm!). Kitchen was a breeze to cook in, beds were comfortable, and property manager was responsive. Only (tiny) complaint was the lack of chiller for the small pool, which meant it was more like a tepid hot tub during the warm summer days (but adding a couple bags of ice helped, even if it felt wasteful). Would definitely stay here again!

Access to the best of both worlds

This clean, well equipped and perfectly located property is the ideal spot to vacation with family if you love being out on the water. 10 minutes in either direction takes you by boat to the ocean or the gulf it is your choice. Key colony is an ideal location and this property with its numerous bedrooms and swimming pool make it great for families.

All in all, everything was exceptional. The house was spotless and had all the amenities. Check in was a breeze and Key Colony is a great little city. I had two minor complaints. I had called twice and left voice mails concerning heating of the "small swimming pool" . never received a response and was a bit concerned about the lack of response. When we returned home, I had a voice mail on "my land line" concerning my inquiry. I have no idea why my call was returned to this land line number as I had called on my cell both times and called upon arrival with a question or two. This was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of "attention to detail" since the cell number should have been displayed on the voice mail. As far as the pool heater is concerned, I was informed in the voice mail upon my return that it would cost about $150-175 for them to turn on the heat. I have no problem with a pool heating fee; however, this was a small "infinity type pool" requiring minimal heat. Given it was heated by an electric heater, the cost was a bit high. Notwithstanding, the pool was clean, and the water was not cold. My granddaughter loved it! There is a genuinely nice outdoor propane grill. It was clean and sanitary. It needs some attention as only two of the three burners would ignite and give out minimal heat. I suggest management should check this out. Bottom Line: Great Place to stay while visiting the Keys

Great Keys getaway

Home away from home, house had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of extra blankets and towels. The pool was very relaxing in the evening, and the back patio canal are was our favorite spot. We saw many fish, lobster and manatee. We had a great trip!

Location is great! We saw manatee, shark, tarpon, lobster, crab, rainbow fish and so much more wildlife off the dock! Kitchen could use a cutting board and spaghetti strainer.

Everything was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Except one kitchen chair was broken and 2 outside badly broken and still in use. 2 different people were almost hurt due to chairs. I suggest replacement before someone gets hurt. Other than that A+++

Overall the home is nice and location is great. The furniture is worn out and uncomfortable . The towel rack and toilet roll holder kept falling down in the bathrooms. When it rains, which it did all week, the rain pours off of the roof into the A/C so when the A/C is running it is extremely loud and is located next to the master bedroom window. Making it hard to sleep.

Lovely home with a great location.

Property management company was very pleasant. Unfortunately the pool was not clean when we got there and the bait freezer was nasty. Jessica, who worked for the property management company was wonderful. Always answered her phone and texts. Pool company didn’t show until finally Wednesday but still a great stay.

Boat Slip with Patio Pool Perfect for all Fishermen, Families and Friends!

We loved this place! First of all the pictures of the place do not do it justice! The interior of the home is much larger than it looks! We were very pleased when we arrived! The patio pool worked out wonderful after coming back from being in boat. Was perfect for us to enjoy my 13 month old grandbaby ! Loved the location and private neighborhood vibe! Great for families! You need nothing for cooking out or in kitchen! Plenty of linens! My husband and son enjoyed the fish cleaning stations and the bait freezer provided! Fishermen and kid friendly!

Great place

The house itself was perfect and clean. Great location for those bringing a boat. The Cabana club was dated but the little pool at the house was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds after a day of boating. Great layout for entertaining. The rental company needs to work out a better check-in system. I stopped to see if our packet was ready about 40 minutes before our check-in time and they said we’d have to come back at 3 pm. No problem, since that was the time listed however upon coming back at 3 pm we were made to wait an entire hour just to get handed a packet. It would have been easier to get the packet after hours. The rental company should really just email this information out at the respected check-in time if they can’t distribute these without making renters wait an hour.

Highly Recommend!

Our stay was awesome! We had 8 people (7 adults and one child) and had plenty of room to spread out for a full 7 days! The AC kept the house ice cold in the July heat. The little pool was perfect just big enough to cool off and relax in. There was no shortage of anything in the kitchen, plenty of pots, pans, silverware etc. The house was very clean and I am not easy to please when it comes to cleanliness! I definitely recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great, plenty of space and updated nicely. More than enough linens, cookware, and kitchen items. Which was AMAZING!! The house could have been a bit more clean but it was not a major issue. A chair leg and bar stool was cracked when we got there, which ended up breaking the first time we used them. Not a big deal, just put them aside. Will definitely rent this home again!!
