infested with bedbugs, my bedroom is on the first floor due to a medical condition Amy not being able to walk up the stairs, and where in my room got moved to to having bedbugs they moved me upstairs, and didn’t accommodate my medical condition, and the elevator was out of service the whole weekend when I put in a complaint, the front staff desk people were very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Elevator not working, we are 65 and had difficulty managing our luggage up the stairs. Lobby was closed, we had to use 24 North in the next building. Ice machine not working.

While the hotel was fine and it's actually 2 hotels run by the same company, there was this resort fee each day that was NOT included or mentioned in the booking.
