This unit at Silver Mill is in a very convenient location. The owner Sean, was prompt in answering questions and check-in was fairly easy. (Packet/key pickup is a short drive-not accessible on the property.) A ski locker is provided downstairs - which was very nice to have. The unit itself was nice and for the most part clean. I would say it’s a bit dated and it could use an upgrade in linens. I’m a picky sleeper and the bedding/blankets seemed a bit worn and definitely older. The specific unit was louder than expected- as it’s right above a main walkway and the parking lot- so sleeping past 6:30-7:00am was difficult. (Cars, snow plow beeps, people, and boots etc
)Overall, it’s a good unit for the price and it’s easily accessible to the gondola and the village.

The accomidations were good and the 3 min walk was exactly the way they were disscribed.The water and ice had a flavor, other rooms had a brita filter availableOverall comfortable and accomidating to stay in the garage on the last day to ski after checkout at 10am

Excellent location, potential for 5 stars but:- limited on outlets, some do not work, most do not hold a charger.- there is some salt and pepper, some coffee filters (mgmt company provided coffee is not great), no cling wrap or aluminum foil.- it is relatively dark, so a refreshing paint would be great (and remove the sign "Owner prefers that you do not smoke").

Great Location and Superb unit

Location, location, location. If your goal is to ski, ski, and ski, then you want to get a place where you can walk to the lift...this is it. And it's also a great place with plenty of room. It had everything you could want for a weekend or weeklong stay. Access to parking, ski lockers, pool, hot tub, and all the places in River Run. Getting to the unit was super easy and parking was a breeze. We ate at Pizza on the Run, got our rentals right around the corner, and when we needed to drive somewhere Dos Locos was 5min away. Check in process at the mgmt office was super simple as well. I will stay again when I come back.

Perfect location and stay

Location was absolutely ideal. Management company was super easy and accommodating for our early check in and check out, at least getting us access to parking when the unit wasn’t available early. Great setup for the Super Bowl too. Great tv and couch setup. Also had a foam roller and that was absolutely clutch for aging snowboarders

Labor Day family getaway

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo. The location was really great. Just a short trip down the stairs and your in the main square. The Master is really roomy and nice. The kitchen has mostly what you need. My inly suggestion is that with smaller children the glass sets of everything made us nervous. A small set of olastic cups and bowls and plates would have been nice. The beds were comylfy and the owner so very nice to let us have a later checkout that really made the weeknd feel so mucb less rushed. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much. 💓

Comfort and skiing

Super close to lift and gondola to take you all the way to the summit. After a long day of skiing, a quick walk back to the comfy condo. Super comfy couch and beds, lots of relaxation opportunities with 3 hot tubs, a sauna, and the comfy couch. Eating, shopping and ski rentals all within a few steps. The outdoor fire pits around the village were my favorite.

Prefect location and cozy condo!

We went for a quick boy’s weekend trip at keystone, this property was prefect! Property was clean, plenty of room for S’medium group of 4, property owner are very responsive to messages and even let us checked in early at no extra charge! Will definitely book this again!
