Adequate for the purpose
Property is clean and functional. Check in was convenient and property managers were very responsive. Decently spacious apartment, definitely sleeps 6 comfortably, maybe 8 if you're being frugal.Interior is pretty dated - appliances, plumbing and electrical fittings were reminiscent of a late '90s college apartment. Parking is OK...if you have a vehicle bigger than a midsized SUV, you might not be able to use the garage - especially if you have a topper like a lot of folks do to go skiing. Would be less than ideal if it had snowed or been super cold during our stay. Speaking of skiing, the location is walkable to the ski area, but don't get too optimistic from what you see on the map...it's a long and winding walk down a path (which was snow covered during our stay, despite mid-40s temps several days in a row), across a bridge, and across a parking lot to get to the Mountain House lodge...easily 10 minutes, longer if you have young kids and gear to lug with you. Probably fine if you're an adult group, but I doubt you'd have kids wanting to walk that far in ski boots especially after a day of skiing. Bottom line: adequate for the purpose and price point provided you keep your expectations in check.
