WINTER (Nov–May)
Five minutes on foot to the River Run gondola — three mountains, 3,148 acres of terrain, night skiing, and a terrain park. Warm up aprùs-ski by the gas fireplace, then hit the hot tubs. Shuttle service runs throughout the resort.

SUMMER & FALL (Jun–Oct)
Hike, bike, or ride the gondola to summit views. Keystone offers mountain biking trails, scenic chairlift rides, paddleboarding at Keystone Lake, a free kid-friendly activity zone, live concerts, and weekly festivals. Arapahoe Basin stays open for spring skiing into June. Fall brings golden aspens with a fraction of the crowds.

Free parking for 1 vehicle in the heated underground garage. Two ChargePoint Level 2 (6.6 kW, J-1772) EV chargers are available in the garage for a fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Building Systems — The building uses central heating and a shared hot-water system. Routine maintenance is scheduled during off-season mid-day hours. In rare emergencies the building may shut down heat or water briefly with limited notice.

Shared Amenities — Hot tubs, pool, sauna, fitness center, and recreation room are maintained by the HOA. Occasional closures for maintenance happen, typically in the off-season.

Village Activity — Keystone is an active resort village. Expect foot traffic, events, snow-clearing equipment, and occasional construction. We cannot control activity outside the unit.

Altitude — Keystone sits at 9,300 ft (2,835 m). Some guests experience mild altitude effects (headache, fatigue, shortness of breath). Drink plenty of water, limit alcohol on your first day, and take it easy. Symptoms typically resolve within 24–48 hours.

Snow and Ice — During winter months, walkways, stairs, and parking areas may be icy or snow-packed despite regular clearing. Wear appropriate footwear and use caution.

Early Check-in — Not guaranteed. Requests must be sent via message to the host. The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the previous night.

Children — Kids are welcome! The unit is not baby-proofed. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for child safety

The room has a nice balcony with a view of the gondola and several mountains. The facility was very clean and the room was spotless. We loved the convenience of a short, walk to the gondola and using all the facilities within the building such as hot tubs, pool, sauna, and ski lockers on the first floor. The covered and card access garage with convenient elevators was also a very nice bonus.

Silvermill Condo

The condo was nice, very comfortable and all we needed was provided. It was conveniently located to the lifts and restaurants. We were disappointed to learn the description on the VRBO website misrepresented there was a bath and a half which was something we expected but note that has been corrected. To be completely transparent, there were problems keeping the elevators working so often it was quicker to take the stairs and the ski lockers were not maintained so when water from equipment collected in the pan at the bottom, you had to be careful not to let your after-ski boots fall down in the rust. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed our communications with him throughout our stay and despite the issues, we would consider this condo again if we ever get back up that direction.

Father-Son Spring Break Ski Trip

Nice condo in River Run Village very close to the Summit Express lift & River Run Gondola. It was extremely convenient to be right in the village and walking distance to ski, eat, drink, & shop! The only complaint regarding the location was that the unit overlooks some maintenance buildings, so there was a significant amount of truck noise, beeping, loading/unloading, etc. starting fairly early (6:30-7am-ish) each morning. The condo was a great size & allowed comfortable space, one separate bedroom with king bed & a sofa sleeper in the living room, for two. Access to underground parking was very convenient. Everything in the condo was well kept & in good condition, including a nice television & living room area for relaxing. The building amenities were a little disappointing. The ski lockers were very small, it was difficult to store even two sets of skis & poles, and didn't have any extra room or ventilation to dry equipment so we had to bring boots, helmets, gloves, etc. back and hang up in the condo. There were a few smaller hot tubs, and we seemed to have a hard time finding space when we returned from skiing as they were always very busy after the lifts closed. We were looking forward to using the pool table, but it was in pretty rough shape...most of the pool cues & even a couple of the balls were broken, and a number of the pockets had holes in them. Other than a couple of minor complaints, it was a great place, it was very reasonably priced, and we had a great week!

Great Location!

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The location was terrific and the condo was cute and cozy. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because it does need some updating in the bathroom. Otherwise, really clean and enjoyable. You cannot beat the location!

The condo was in good condition, but we had no hot water either morning we were there (warm to hot in the afternoon). The pool table was in ill repair in the lobby, one of the elevators was broken the day we arrived (fixed by the next day though). All in all, it was a good experience aside from the lack of hot water in the mornings.

Ski Weekend

We stayed at this property for a long ski weekend at Keystone. The check-in process was very clearly communicated to us and the instructions were easy to follow. The location is the best part about the property. It's right in the heart of the River Run Village and an easy walk to the Gondola or Summit Express lift. We will be back if we visit Keystone again!

Great Weekend Getaway

The condo was great for a quick snowboarding get away with my son. Location is perfect with an easy walk to the gondola and area restaurants. Adam checked in often to see how the stay was going.

Great Weekend Getaway at This Property

We aren't skiiers but greatly enjoyed the weekend at this property. Everything is as advertised and the location is perfect. Literally just a couple minute walk to the slopes in the heart of Keystone for those that do ski. We enjoyed the on-site amenities like the hot tub and pool table in the lounge, as well as the restaurants and shops right on site as well. We would recommend for anyone looking to ski, or not, like us.
