True Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo w/ Spectacular Slope Views, Close to Shops & Dining

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a queen bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features stunning ski slope views from the private balcony. High-end finishes throughout including a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and private laundry. This property has been updated with new paint, carpeting, and furniture in summer, 2020. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off of the living area is the private balcony where you can enjoy stunning, up-close, ski-slope views. Sit back with a warm beverage while watching family and friends come down the mountain.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and an oversized, glass-enclosed shower with two shower heads and a bench. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. It also offers beautiful slope views as well as a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a flat screen TV and a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath.

The unit itself is great. Well-stocked, clean, spacious. Great location. No complaints. Easy to communicate. The negatives had nothing to do with the individual unit or the owners.A two-location check-in process is not ideal.Swimming pool water heat level could be improved as well as the bogus “we need to close the pool early because the lights don’t work.” They don’t? In the two weeks ahead we were notified of it, the property manager couldn’t find somebody to plug in the lights that we saw were working or fix the ones that (allegedly) were not? Come on. Fix it or show me you are trying to fix it. Otherwise, it just looks like an excuse to cheapen out the people staying there in non-peak times.

Visited Keystone for a girls weekend and this condo rental was excellent. Clean. Great location. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Box fans were provided which was a nice addition. Iron and ironing board. 2 blow dryers. Easy check-in and responsive to questions and concerns. Common fire pit was not working is the only issue we had.Hot tub at night was great!

Amazing locations & views

Our family had a memorable and positive experience with this property. However, a few items that could be addressed/upgraded to make an even better experience for guests: -king size bed in primary bedroom -appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer) excessively loud, unable to use when enjoying time in common area -smoke detector too close to oven, sets alarm off unnecessarily

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

This place is even better than the pictures! The condo is spacious and very clean. It’s as a convenient ski in/ski out as you’re going to find. The village is a very short and convenient walk from the properly. The property management is great and responsive. We will be coming back for years to come!

Gem of a place

This condo exceeded our expectations, from the parking garage, to the steam room, to the ski lockers, to the condo itself, everything was great for our family of 4. Location can’t be beat right on the slopes and a short walk to the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Beware of significant undisclosed issues.

Eight flights of stairs from the parking garage to the condo, six down to the general area where the hot tub, etc. are. The elevator did not work! The swimming pool appeared to be a science experiment where after complaining, they put up a do not enter sign. My neighbors literally had to carry their 88 y/o dad down the stairs.

Renters beware

We received an email two days before arrival that the elevator was broken. We called to try to change our property and were told we couldn’t. Even with renters insurance. We brought FIVE kids and had to climb three flights of stairs
with luggage
groceries and worst of all ski boots. The rental management company was not helpful. The one front desk worker did come help carry bags up to our room. Very disappointed they did not notify us within the 30 days you can change. I talked to keystone resorts as well as a condo owner who reported the elevator has not worked since December. The fire Marshall’s shut it down due to the amount of breakdowns He told us they would not fix until after ski season. This should have been disclosed when we booked online. I had talked back and forth with the management company. They never said a word. We have used and booked with VRBO many times. We will be looking for other rental options.

Great location right on the slope

This building is probably the best location at Keystone, right on the main slope by the River Run gondola. Ski in ski out. Clean unit, spacious, balcony overlooking the slopes. The elevator was broken during the stay so hauling luggage up and down the steps was difficult. Besides that it was perfect.

Keystone's Best

Seventh or eighth time staying in Lone Eagle and it never disappoints. Other than some elevator issues, our stay was FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough about the management team. Such great folks!! Great communication, great everything. See you next year!!

Best Location

This condo is in the best location in Keystone but be prepared for stairs. The elevator wasn't working during our stay but even during previous stays the elevator is very busy and often had a long wait. Otherwise we love everything about this location and the view from this condo is amazing.

A lovely property. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Bed was so comfortable! The elevators were out of order which made it difficult for us to haul all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs but otherwise it was a great stay. We would love to come back!
