Rm 130 was so gross.
I asked the front desk if she could put us in a more updated rm because I am going through chemo I wanted a more updated modern room if possible.
In the room the sink handle broke off, the toilet seat was broken, and there was dog hair all over the bed cover, as if the housekeeper let their dog lay on the bed as the room was cleaned.
Then worst of all, my spouse was laying on the bed and felt something crawl on him! He jumped up before we could see what it was but that’s when we noticed the bedding full of hair, the pillow case had something that was gross crusty.
And all the stains on the bedding and towels and the heater smelled like dog.
I went to front desk to discuss the grossness of the room, she was polite and offered room 107. It also had stained bedding, toilet broken and I just wanted to leave but my husband was too tired and just wanted new linen.
But she would not give it to us unless we signed a waiver to not ask for a refund. But I refused to do that because I wanted to leave.
Finally she found a different rm 220 and it was way cleaner, just the toilet seat had crusted on urine from not deep cleaning. There was mold in all the corners of the bathrm, otherwise it was more clean. No hair the beds, when I wiped the headboards, it was clean. (Yes, I always go in & disinfect the rm w/ wipes before we settle in)
They need more front staff she was way over worked. Why doesn’t she have access to clean sheets? But they better cleaners.
