"I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites in Kingman, for a week. My room was immaculate, the staff were kind! Each and every one of the staff were patient and extremely accommodating. The breakfast bar was always fresh and I appreciated the rotation of foods on the hot bar. I also appreciated water, cocoa and coffee being available 24/7, as I was up at all hours. My bed was a bit firm BUT, the staff provided me extra pillows and I slept on a row of pillows. The hotel is conveniently located, and was safe."

"My stay was comfortable however there were few areas that needs addressing. First of all the floor was dirty, i had taken a wash cloth and wiped around the bed and the wash cloth turned black, chair by bed definitely seen bettter days, seat shown wear and tear. Lastly, the ac unit was very noisy. Unable to load photos"

"Been coming here for many years. Now under new management but standards were top notch for what we paid for three nights stay. This hotel has lived up to it,s name and description but be aware that Hotels.com have not lived up to theirs with false descriptions of swimming pools and breakfasts that no longer exist when you turn up at the properties who have told me they have informed the site but nothing has been done even 2 years down the line.Best to phone ahead to see what ang for your buck you are really getting. "
