Room was fine. Weird to have the light switch for the bathroom behind the door. My only other issue was that it was cheaper to book on any other site other than the Choice/Clarion direct sites. Shame on Choice

I used my phone to connect. I left before breakfast but no coffee was an available even though the hostess said there was some. The bed sheets were wrinkled appearing to not be fresh but could not find hair or dirt. The bath mirror was mounted too low to use.

For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much; however, the facility met, and in some ways, surpassed my expectations. This is an older property, but the upkeep has been mostly effective; the plumbing may need a small update, as the water pressure was a little low on the bathroom, but that wasn't enough to take away from the overall experience. The rooms and facility are relatively simple- I describe them as "minimalist"- but very, very clean, and gave off a cozy vibe. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was way better than most hotel breakfasts; good variety, very fresh, and the biscuits in particular hit the spot! The pool was not heated, but well maintained and very clean. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, this won't be your spot; however, for the price, it's hard to find a more comfortable and clean place to sleep.
