Exceptional customer service, Amazing ambiance, Clean property/rooms and a Relaxing atmosphere. My stay at the R hotel was memorable because of the following staff members: From check in to check out, my stay was exceptional. I was warmly greeted by Kadidra who ensured I was quickly checked in and provided a thorough explanation of the amenities and hotel policies. She was extremely polite and provided service with a smile. The next morning, I had the BEST breakfast service by a gentleman named Gregory, again I was provided with exceptional service as he explained the various meal options. The traditional Jamaican breakfast was delicious. He also provided me with a thorough explanation of how he could modify the meals to accommodate my dietary restrictions. He was pleasant and professional in his interaction during breakfast. Mid way through my stay I received a curtesy phone call from Kiaya, she enquired about my stay and asked if there was any additional requests I had. For dinner, I was greeted by Glenville who ensured my meal was prepared as ordered. He also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the preparation of my salmon dinner. Finally, upon checkout I encountered Monique, who made the check out process simple and quick. She asked about my stay and invited me to visit again. Overall the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out for me and I look forward to patronizing again. The above-mentioned staff members went above and beyond!

My family and I stayed at the hotel foe 5 night, everything was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful. We loved the guy's at the security gate.

I loved the home away from home feeling. The kitchenette was awesome for my family needs. The hotel staff from front desk to room service was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. Staff always polite and smiling. There were a few hiccups like plumbing, no gym open and the pool is not family friendly. More like a sauna next to a bar. No one wants to go in water near a bar. Reminds me of Spa Castle. In Queens, New York. Not a swimming pool for children. Overall, I felt safe to go to the areas that I planned to go too. My husband and the rest of the family definitely would stay at the hotel again.

Arrived early room wasn’t ready (understandable) I was partially checked in paid deposit etc Return to hotel 6 hours after check in time spent almost 30 mins at the front desk before getting the key get to room no bath towels face towel etc coffee supplies no coffee pot 1 bottle of water for a total of 4 guess that they charge extra for 2 want impress upon arrival , breakfast is good highly recommended Overall want impress with checking process and room accommodation
