Front desk clerk (Kevin) wasn't very nice seemed unfriendly and wasn't attentive to my wife and our needs( it was our 21st anniversary) and nothing was done or in place for us. I was expecting so much better from Embassy Suites but I was truly let down

Some of the staff was friendly. Check in was horibble. if there are rules for some i think there should be rules for everyone. Evening reception was terrible. Was not impressed and i stay at embassy epescially this embassy alot
