The house preserves the typical vertical layout of historic town houses, tastefully renovated to combine contemporary design with practicality.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a cosy dining area featuring a contemporary table, TV and ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. On this same level, you will find the fully equipped independent kitchen, suitable for both short and longer stays.

Upstairs, a modern and bright living room awaits, with a pleasant workspace, air conditioning, TV and a convenient guest toilet.

The next floor hosts the first suite, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, TV and a private bathroom with shower, designed to ensure comfort and privacy.

Continuing upwards, the second suite offers the same level of comfort, with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and a private bathroom with shower.

And finally, almost touching the sky, the house reveals a stunning rooftop terrace, an exceptional space to unwind, enjoy the open air and admire the horizon, with the sea as the main attraction.
