"This is a great place to stay for the price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower curtain, which had a lot of mildew. The breakfast was excellent, much better than I had imagined it would be, great selection and coffee to order. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi would not connect in our room, but all in all this is a great place to stay at a budget price."

"Fabulous, easy, quick communication with host, who graciously addressed an issue we had. Great quiet neighbourhood. Lovely interior— no need to use air conditioning in September as open windows with mosquito screens allow refreshing breeze to freshen the house. It was the best equipped and provisioned kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental! We loved the multiple large towels, the pool, the sun room, the garden and garden furniture. 5 stars out if a possible 5 stars!! Thanks William!!!"

"The bed was comfy. Sadly nothing else was good about this apartment. It lacks basic amenities such as soap and curtains. We were kept awake all night by a broken down fridge fan that wouldn’t stop making noise, and then kept awake in the early hours of the morning by the sunrise as there are no curtain on one side of the apartment. There is no parking available, its residents only, which we were not warned about. There is also no lift and we were on the top floor with heavy luggage. Would not re book. "

"Overall an excellent property with great facilities. There were some snags, but didn’t detract from the experience. Would have been useful to understand how elevated the property was, as we had a very elderly family member, but solved that by renting a mobility scooter. However, the views at night were lovely because of the height, with house martins swooping around. Location was great for Reills and Montgó beaches. "
