From the terrace you can see the swimming pool.
The location is great! less than 90 meters from Cala Montgó beach, a magical beach that offers a unique landscape and options for hiking trails. We recommend visiting Illa Mateua, enjoying the scenery and taking a bath, there is also a diving option.
We emphasize that you have access to the community pool, tennis, 1 parking space and air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment is facing north-west.
Distribution:Living-dining room: in the living room there is a sofa and TV with national channels.
Kitchen: well equipped, new furniture, it has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, necessary cooking utensils.
Terrace: equipped with table and chairs, there is also an awning to enjoy the shade in the sunniest moments.

Mooie lokatie, wat basic appartement

Het appartement ligt mooi Wel vrij basic, buitenstoelen wat gammel, matrassen hard , geen wifi. Maar mooie lokatie dichtbij het strand. Communicatie verliep via Vacay agency, vriendelijk maar veel regels/ tevoren paspoorten scannen en wat onduidelijkheid over betaling. Maar we hebben mooie tijd gehad
