Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel avec mezzanine et grand balcon dans une petite résidence très récente. Confort tout à fait correct. Localisation dans un quartier sans intérêt particulier mais très calme, à 15 min à pied du vieux marché et 20 min du vieux port. Parking dans la résidence très appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la période des Francofolies. Un tout petit bémol concernant le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, torchons…) disponible en supplément auprès de la « conciergerie » : prix de la prestation un peu élevé surtout que l’ensemble est livré en vrac dans des sacs en plastique, que le compte n’était pas le bon et que, la « conciergerie » n’étant pas joignable, nous avons passé la 1ère nuit avec un jeu de draps manquant (ce que ne fut pas très grave au vu de la chaleur caniculaire !). À recommander !

Absolument parfait !

Nous voulions du calme et nous l'avons trouvé dans cet appartement situé tout proche de la ville, ideal pour les balades à pieds. Dès notre arrivée nous ressentons un accueil de qualité dans un lieu très propre, clair et fonctionnel. Un bon présage pour des vacances réussies. Le propriétaire est charmant et à l'écoute de ses vacanciers. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour permettre de nombreuses escapades dans une région magnifique pour laquelle nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur ! Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr et nous recommendons vivement cette location ! Merci à Aurelia et au propriétaire pour leur accueil chaleureux. Agnès et Gérard Garcia-Matusac
