I went to check in by myself thank God. The bed looked as if someone had just gotten out of it. The hallway all the way to the room reeked of mold and cigarettes. There was tape holding floor together and water stains on walls and ceilings. I opened the door and did not enter the room and quickly left the hotel. I had to get another hotel for the night

There was cockroaches everywhere in the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush and there wasn’t any food during breakfast and staff was not nice and they made me wait 20 minutes to be able to check in and charged me 40$ and i still haven’t received it back

This place is very very disgusting my room was infested with roaches checked out of my room no refund at 11pm because roaches was crawling on toilet bed refrigerator I don’t see how this place can legally rent these rooms out don’t let the petty lobby fool you run it no exaggeration when I say infested!

The room was very very dirty and I was trying to download coupon due to I have no money because I’m being evicted , my husband passed away they took my car and going through things and did not deserve the way this woman who is supposedly a “manager’ was very unprofessional and very heartless and w as mad because I was trying to save money an d she didn’t want that… they literally kicked me out of my room watching while I gathered my things like I did something wrong and no I did not!!!! Then I’m sitting in the lobby trying to load coupon and the ride Arabian guy in front morning time told me I need to leave lobby … wow I will let everyone know and said I didn’t pay $50 deposit yes I did and h v proof right here so u need to send it to me asap

Room had mold on bedding and bed frame room smelled like mold water damage all in hallway pool green can’t even see the bottom of it 400$ for 4 night is crazy for that kinda stuff to be happening and plus a 40$ fee on arrival plus a 25$ fee for being 5 minutes early Wi-Fi wasn’t paid/ not working

For the price is was good and the manager was really nice, he really took care of us and was very helpful and nice. The property does need work a lot of things don’t work and seems like water damage to ceilings and f Hallway floors but that could’ve been from a past hurricane flooding, who knows. Breakfast needs some help!! But was a nice stay.
