Snuggle up in the woods, 7 miles to Lake George,NY

Our home is located just 7 miles from Lake George Village and minutes from whitewater rafting on a quiet, wooded private acre. The backyard fire pit overlooks a peaceful pond with a picturesque backdrop of Adirondack hillsides making it the perfect getaway for family and friends. We rent all seasons.

5 bedrooms, outfitted with one king bed and four queen sized beds, await you and your guests. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and make for easy access for our older guests. Three additional bedrooms with queen beds are located on the second level.
The home is decorated with rustic accents and is fully stocked for cooking both inside and out. A gas grill is available, as well as a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. The washer & dryer are ideal for cleaning up after one of Adirondack Park's many hikes.

There are two full bathrooms in the house: a newly renovated one with a bathtub/shower combo and the second with a full standing shower. Both have ADA-compliant toilets.

The large living room opens up to the dining area, offering space for the whole party while watching the large flat-screen TV or enjoying each other's company in front of the gas fireplace. Wifi is provided for planning your day's excursions, checking the weather or browsing social media. Roku streaming boxes with Netflix access (bring your password) and various board games are also provided for the occasional rainy day.

The homeowners have added a whole-house generator to be sure that your visit is uninterrupted by the elements.

First-time visitors will be awed at the Adirondacks and all that the area has to offer. Lake George and the surrounding towns make for endless family-friendly fun, with excursions like go-carts, mini-golf, bowling, shopping, roller skating, waterparks, Six Flags, a drive-in theater, hiking or just snuggling up with loved ones in front of the fireplace. For parents & families with children attending the Double H Camp we are only an 1/8th of a mile away. Rest and relax at our home away from home!
