Comfortable Newly Renovated Home in the Heart of Town!

Our home is a very comfortable spacious family friendly house located less than a 3 minute walk to the heart of Main Street in Lake Placid (Starbucks, Steak and Seafood, Movie Theater). The home is ideally suited for 2-3 families with children to experience a wonderful vacation. It is very kid friendly and designed to let you kick your shoes off and relax. The Master bedroom has a King Bed and a 6 foot picture window with mountain views.

There is a second Queen bedroom and a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a full daybed. There is a 55" television in bunk room and xbox one. The master bedroom and bunk room are upstairs with a full bath and 1 bedroom with queen bed is on the main floor with a guest bathroom with a 48' shower. One set of the bunks is a full size on the bottom and a twin up top and the other set is 2 twin beds. There are video games in the bunk room as well as cable (XBOX one and Wii). The fourth bedroom is a private ground level suite with a second living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. All bedrooms have a television and cable (master has a 42"). The bunk room is a very large and gives the kids somewhere to hang out and play games.

The main floor of the house and fourth bedroom suite were completely renovated in 2009 including the comfortable sun room, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest room, main floor bathroom. The downstairs suite is private and very comfortable. The entire second floor was renovated in June 2016 (Master bedroom, bathroom and bunk room).

There is walk out access to the deck with views of the Mountains and Mirror Lake. Their is a 55' HDTV in the living room with surround sound and full cable. Their is plenty of natural light and all the ceilings have been done in Pine and high hats for a very Adirondack feel. There is a comfy couch in the sunroom and an additional tree stump pub table for 4. There is also a full pub style dining room table which is also ideal for playing games (including POKER and we keep a full set of poker chips in the house). The living room also has a couch, chair and ottoman. Overall it is a very open floor plan with room to spread out. We converted the large granite fireplace to gas to allow that comfortable feeling of a warm fire with push button convenience.

The kitchen has brand new appliances and granite counter tops. The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals and has open space between dining room and kitchen.
