The 1910 Farmhouse Lake Placid

Welcome to our beautifully decorated 1910 farmhouse, a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Nestled within walking distance of the picturesque Lake Placid. There are 7 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, making it ideal for bachelor/bachelorette groups, large families, teams, or anyone looking to experience the best of cottage-core living.

The 1910 Farmhouse consist of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, Main Living Space, Dinning Room, Spacious Kitchen and Massive Front Porch.

Sleeping Arrangements: Each bedroom has its own bathroom for the exception of two rooms share a bathroom. In total there is (1) Twin Bed, (3) Double Beds, (3) Queen Beds, (2) Full size pull out sofa bed located in 2 of the bedrooms. Out of the 6 bathrooms (4) have bathtubs, while (2) have stand up showers. Fresh Towels, Linens and Toiletries provided for every guests stay!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a long stay and cooking for large groups! Laundry is also located in the kitchen. With laundry products and dishwasher products provided for you!

The Main Living space has many entertainment options! You can play a game of 8 or 9 Ball on the pool table, watch Netflix on our 55' smart TV, chat at the bar top table seating, or sit back and relax on our brand new couches.

The Dinning Room is located between the living room and kitchen. The Dinning table can fit up to 12 people, the leaf and extra chairs are available.

The Front Porch is an excellent place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With comfortable rocking chairs and a view of the main road/sidewalk.

Guests have access to the entire house, front porch and backyard dinning area. With exception for a private supply storage room, the basement and two small apartments located on the back of the building.

If you need anything please do not hesitate to message us! We are always happy to help! You may also see us (Jacob and Sophie) on a different area of the property, as we are lightly renovating another space. Free feel to say Hi and ask any questions.

Parking: Paved Parking is located to the right of the main farmhouse for guests to use. Please be mindful of how many vehicles you bring and other guests vehicles.

Other Guests: There are multiple Airbnb's located on the property. The property contains 1 Large Main House (the Farmhouse) 4 Townhomes, 2 Small apartments and a Carriage house. Please be respectful to other guests.

Unregistered Guests: We do not allow unregistered guests on the property, please register all guests and pets. If you refuse to register your guests, they will be asked to leave or your reservation will be canceled.

Damages and Cleaning Fee: Any damages must be reported immediately, and if applicable guests will be charged. The Cleaning fee is $299. However is our cleaners exceed 4 hours of cleaning, you will be charged $30 per hour per cleaner for the extra time spent cleaning.
House Rules:

- No Smoking (vaping included)
- No loud music or parties
- No unregistered guests
- Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am
- No moving furniture around.

Any damages must be reported immediately, and if applicable guests will be charged.

The Cleaning fee is $299. However is our cleaners exceed 5 hours of cleaning, you will be charged $30 per hour per cleaner for the extra time spent cleaning.
