The first floor of this Adirondack-style home holds a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a dining area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a TV with DVD player/DVDs, board games, and a full bath. There is also a closet to store your coats and boots. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms that both hold queen beds with private baths and a washer/dryer located between the bedrooms. There is a good-sized deck with a BBQ grill to enjoy the outdoors and a detached garage is available for storage of your sporting supplies (a car will not fit and watercraft are for public use).

This home is close to everything, yet it still sits within a quiet neighborhood on a private cul de sac.  You are sure to be extremely comfortable in this clean and well-maintained home!

Pets Permitted: Up to 2 well-trained dogs are permitted with prior approval.  Guest is required to clean up all dog waste.  Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must be crated when left alone.  Dogs are the only pets considered. A $100 Pet fee per pet per stay is required.

Willows Place offers a Maximum of 2 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
