We did not have our room cleaned because we were not given a make room sign. There is no one to answer the phone from housekeeping or the front desk. My husband and I are seniors and had to go out into the cold to get fresh towels.

The room was sub par. The bathroom is too small and the room decor is definitely lacking. We were originally in the Farmhouse but changed to the main hotel due to the appearance of the room. Staff, breakfast and boutique shop was great. We will be back for the boutique only.

The staff was great, check in was easy, parking was close to the room, the room was well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have ever seen at a hotel. Plenty to choose from and the dining room was huge and very nice.

Room was old, showed wear and tear, no dresser, and closet was open shelf in the bathroom. Wall next to bathtub was poorly repaired showing damage. Windows were very dirty. Tv service was going in and out. The new hotel was great and the employees were awesome. . Just not our room in the farmhouse was not good

We loved the walking trail up to the theater.We did not love the beds because they were too soft.It was ok for one night but no more. One thing that may keep us from coming back was all the air fresheners everywhere.They were irritating to my lungs and were starting to give me a headache so we had to go outside.
