The home was clean and the check in process was easy, however communication with property manager was not good. We never got a response. The floors in the home were in poor condition, bowing in several places, the back door wouldn’t lock back once opened, took us forever to get it to close and lock one lock.the kitchen stools were clearly damaged prior to our arrival. The dryer did not work, this wasn’t helpful after 3 days driving from NC. It would have been helpful too know before washing our clothes. It also wasn’t a great neighborhood to stay in.
