The staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was smiling, very friendly & helpful. The room was a nice size & clean. Breakfast had a good variety of foods & what I ate was delicious. On our last day there we couldn’t get the hot water to work & the gentleman at the front desk came right over & within a few minutes had the situation resolved. (We just had to let it run a little longer to get it going since it was so early in the morning, so not really an issue) The hotel is a short 9 minute drive to Fort Sill which was our reason for being there, to see our daughter graduate basic training. Overall we had a pleasant experience & would definitely recommend staying there.

The rooms were very large and clean and breakfast was not large but the items offered were good. Only thing people need to know up front is that even though they have a small kitchen area and a large frig, if you want any utensils you have to provide them yourself or rent them from the hotel.

The people who work here are very kind. The place appeared clean, however once inside the room we found hair on the floor and the ceiling fan had over an inch of dust on the blades. It was quite nasty. The walls are paper thin so we didn't get much sleep. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Cold canned gravy, stale biscuits and green sausage. There was only one waffle maker which did not accommodate the amount of guest that wanted to use it because nobody wanted the other stuff...it was that bad!

The hotel and the stay itself was great!! Very clean and spacious. The only reason of not returning will be the staff and the lack of communication and concern. I appreciate upper management were able to be of an assistance. Breakfast could have been better.

Great hotel for Ft Sill BCT Graduation. The room was spacious and having the refrigerator was a plus. Breakfast could have been a little nicer. The beds were just OK.
