Perfect getaway for hitting the slopes, climbing peaks, mountain biking or trail running. If you want to explore farther afield, we are just 30 minutes from Copper Mountain and Vail and 45 minutes to Summit County!

Perfect for family or a couple who wants more space. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch home with fully equipped, open concept kitchen, sitting room and TV room/den. Get a good night's sleep in one of 3 bedrooms (1 queen master, 2 rooms with bunk-beds (double under twin). There is a full bath with a shower tub and all linens and towels provided. The den comes complete with a TV (cable included), DVD player and a selection of games and books, There is a large back yard with a gas BBQ grill and in the summer, we have table and chairs available for outdoor relaxation. If you can't leave business behind, we offer free high speed wireless internet. Walking distance to town.

Really nice place to stay

Nice location with off-street parking (difficult to find in Leadville), in a quiet "newer" (1950?) neighborhood. Updated appliances, everything worked great. Enjoyed having the separate TV/work room. We were there for skiing, so being a bit North of central downtown made for an easy drive to the ski area. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Perfect place to relax after skiing

My family stayed at this property for a week while skiing at Ski Cooper. Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and had great updated kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable too! The house was just a few minutes from restaurants and the grocery store. It was 15 minute drive to Cooper. Chandra was great to work with. I’ll be checking her listing for future trips.

Great price and location. Mountain View’s from front door. Access to trailheads just a few miles. House was awesome though, very fit for a nice size family. All the amenities you need to start your experience minus your own groceries. Beautifully redone on the inside, quiet neighborhood, cable and Netflix, all the house needs is you. Highly recommend.

One of the best houses I have stayed in and in a town with a lot of history. Spacious accommodations and very well kept. Plenty to do in the area and I will differently return for another visit. Pack your bags because this was a home away from home.
