First, on the day we were supposed to check in, we hadnât received any instructions at all. I called the phone number listed on their page to get these details, but no one answered. Then I tried their WhatsApp number and only after sending two reminder messages did I finally get a response.
Eventually, they told us we couldnât check in until 3 PM. Now, I could understand that if they had asked for our flight times, I would have expected some prioritization. Plus, their page actually stated that check-in starts at 3, but our room still wasnât ready even a couple of minutes past 3. Also, they didnât provide a place to leave our luggage; instead, they directed us to a paid service nearby. We ended up paying 14 euros just to leave two carry-on bags for a few hours.
When we finally got into the apartment, the two coffee cups they left for us to use were covered in fingerprints. I took a photo and shared it with them, and they did apologize. On top of that, the TV remote wasnât working at all, and I reported that as well, which got me another apology.
The air conditioning didnât work, and I had to use a fan to cool the room. In the middle of the night, I woke up cold and had to repeat the whole process. I messaged them via WhatsApp before going to sleep, but they only replied in the morning. Thatâs how I realized there was no emergency support if something went wrong at night. They did fix the AC the next day, but when we came back that evening, the digital entry system failed.
