"the room was clean but smelled badly. We. had to open window wide. smell never went away. the corridor smelled good. Tried to make a reservation to be picked up 3 hours in advance. told to call when u have luggage. told in a few minutes would be picked up. Then after 20 minutes told 10 minutes. total wait time 45 minutes. A bottle of water was provided in the room. We wanted another bottle was told it was $5. Was advised each visit to room for a complimentary soft drink was $5. Near airport good. Drive back to airport on time. "
