Great hotel. Surprisingly bigger than we thought and nice amenities (pool, bars, restaurants, and a coffee shop). Away from the hubbub, but close enough to the train station and walkable areas. Room is small by US standards, but had a washer and Kitchenette.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my EarPods on the bed. I emailed the hotel, and they responded quickly, confirming they had found them. A few days later, I was able to pick them up with no trouble at all. I really appreciated their prompt communication and helpfulness—it gave me peace of mind and showed great service.

Horrible stay here -- do not recommend. They broke my expensive luggage and were entirely unprofessional. When I asked to inform me regarding early check in they complained about how many rooms there are and how hard it is to let people know. If hotels as large as the Marriott can do this, why can't you? Lazy check in experience. Then, our room was filthy with the bathroom not being cleaned and someone's contact lenses glued to the counted and the towels dirty as was the toilet -- seriously? The coffee in the room was horrible as well. We asked for a late check out of 1 hour and they tried to charge 30 Euro for this? Ridiculous and totally unprofessional. Will not recommend -- other hotels in Lisbon are much more professional and accommodating, where the staff actually wants to work.

Not worth the price. The design of the hotel looks cute and might have been instagramable but it's hostel level service and quality at best. The room we got was not cleaned properly, layout of where our room was situated was shared hallway to public elevator to amenities floor contributed to noise levels. The room also have no amenities and guest have to request cleaning which we were not told at check in. Breakfast was subpar also. Coffee is cheap self service machine and all below average buffet food which does not match the price we paid. They also won't let us cancel breakfast for the remainder of the stay after we voiced our concerns and put in the request. Overall not a great experience for what we paid for.

Staff were not accommodating. High traffic and confusion in their front lobby/desk. Did not accommodate early check in or late stay check out. Don't bother asking. Hotel was average for an apartment type hotel. Drinks were good at bar area. Small pool.
