Staff we interacted with were both excellent. Both were very friendly and helpful. A bit disappointing was that the front desk was seldom covered beyond 5pm on the days we were there. Having someone there till 10pm as advertised would have been helpful at times. We love the location.

We had room 302 which was larger than we expected. The separate living room/kitchenette provided space and privacy. The team, from reception to cleaning services, and the emails exchanged before arrival made everything smooth and easy. My only small quibble is that the towels were changed daily (hence the 4 stars on eco-friendly) even though we left them hanging. The location is perfect and we highly recommend Chiado Suites.

Lovely place, super nice staff, excellent location, could use some new pillows. They only provide a one combo shower gel and hair shampoo so bring your own facial soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, q-tips etc. Fun restaurant next door, great wine pours! Would stay here again.

What a nice, welcoming staff!

So much is so near. Staff is super nice and helpful. Building is solid and quiet but we did have Mr. Bigfoot and his pet rhinoceros upstairs from us for one night and could hear it. But only briefly. Word of warning: The showers are super slippery so if you are traveling with an elderly person or anybody else who has balance issues, stop by a dollar store for a cheap shower mat or bring one.
