"The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu. The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations. It is not close to city centre."

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, even helped me with my personal favor that another hotel didn’t want to help, to drop off a prepaid package at postal office during their business hours. I’m very grateful for the help! Best of all, it’s only 5 mins walk across the street to terminal one! "
